Prof. Madeleine Joullié continues to be recognized for her lifetime of contributions to organic chemistry and chemical education.
Madeleine has been selected as member of the inaugural class of Fellows of the American Chemical Society. The ACS Fellows have demonstrated excellence in their contributions to the chemical sciences and in service to the ACS and the chemistry community. The 2009 Fellows will be honored at a special ceremony during the ACS National Meeting in Washington, DC.
Madeleine has also been selected to receive the 2009 Edward Leete Award in recognition of outstanding contributions to teaching and research in organic chemistry. This award will also be bestowed at the ACS National Meeting. Congratulations Madeleine!
